Polish clarinet sonatas of the 20th and 21st centuries

Piotr Lato and Wioletta Fluda-Tkaczyk add a continuation to last year’s premiere edition of works by Zdzisław Szostak, Włodzimierz Kotoński (6 miniatures recorded from manuscripts), Witold Rudziński, Adam Świerzyński, Grażyna Bacewicz and Mieczysław Wajnberg.

Album “Polish Clarinet Sonatas of the 20th and 21st Centuries” seals the phonographic duet of the premieres of Polish clarinet music. This time, sonatas by Wojciech Widłak, Jerzy Fryderyk Wojciechowski (written especially for performers!), as well as Józef Talarczyk and Ewa Fabiańska-Jelińska have been released for the first time on CD in excellent interpretations.
